The staff was friendly and the decor was stylish. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi and parking fees were a surprise.

a safe box, central heating, and an iron and ironing board were available in our queen room. everything was excellent, nevertheless a few employees were poorly trained. terrific service was provided here. the location was good, for example, knox-henderson was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Great spot to spend Christmas 🎄. Friendly staff, complimentary wake-up service, and ironing available. Stylish and clean rooms with excellent bathrooms and a nice view of the downtown area.
