I adored the unique decor throughout the hotel, especially the warm colors and artistic touches. The rooftop area provided incredible skyline views of downtown Dallas and was easily accessible with ramps, making it convenient for seniors.
The noise levels from outside were quite disruptive.

It was just an optimal selection for a short break in Dallas with incredible value for money. The sliding bathroom door wouldn't stay shut, which was annoying. Don't expect too much from the amenities to avoid disappointment.

The rooftop pool had amazing views and the staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcomed. However, hidden fees were frustrating, and the lack of privacy in the bathroom was an issue. Overall, the decor and ambiance were great, but sleep was hard to come by due to noise.

The rooftop bar offers stunning skyline views, perfect for unwinding after a day. The lobby decor is vibrant and trendy, making it a great spot to hang out with friends before heading out.
The walls are somewhat thin, letting in noise from neighbors and outdoor parties—definitely not ideal for a restful night's sleep. We aimed to enjoy the rooftop terrace, but it closed early on our first night and was inaccessible for a private party the next day. Plus, the TV's Chromecast feature was complicated. straightforward AV connections would have been a better fit. No additional furniture in the room made it less comfortable for lounging.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly hours for the pool. It felt a bit exclusionary when we discovered some areas were only for adults. A more accommodating schedule would help families enjoy the amenities fully.

The hotel decor screams stylish and artistic. I loved how unique each space felt. the high ceilings in my Deluxe King Room added a nice touch. The rooftop area offered breathtaking views of the city along with a relaxing pool. Polite and attentive staff made me feel welcome. However, I encountered a few issues. The elevator access could use more clear signage. it was a bit confusing at times. Additionally, the rooftop pool closed earlier than expected, which was disappointing. Overall, these inconveniences didn’t overshadow the lovely ambiance and comfort I experienced during my stay.
